Welcome to the Family Center

For 19 years, the Atrisco Heritage Academy High School Family Center has been dedicated to supporting our Jaguar families through resources, community partnerships, and meaningful family engagement. We believe that when schools, families, and the community work together, students are more successful academically, socially, and emotionally.

Our mission is to support, empower, and connect students and their families by providing access to resources, information, and services that help remove barriers to success. We strive to create a welcoming environment where every family feels valued, informed, and supported throughout their student's high school journey.

Meet your Family Liason

Hello! My name is Priscilla Valdez, and I have had the honor of serving as the Family Community Liaison Specialist at Atrisco Heritage Academy High School for 19 years.

Today, I proudly serve as the AHA Family Center Liaison at the AHA Family Center, providing personalized support to students, families, staff, and our community partners. For nearly two decades, I have been committed to building relationships that strengthen our school and connect families with the resources they need.

Throughout my years at AHA, I have worked alongside incredible community partners to provide food assistance, clothing, school supplies, family workshops, volunteer opportunities, and programs that help remove barriers to student success. One of my greatest passions is bringing our community together to ensure every family knows they have someone they can turn to for support.

I truly believe that it takes a village to raise a child, and I am honored to serve the Jaguar community. Whether you need assistance, have questions, or simply want to become more involved in our school, I am here to help.

My door is always open, and I look forward to continuing to serve our students and families for many years to come.
