About the AHA Library

With approximately 30,000 books and 30+ computers the AHA Library is THE place for information gathering, reading and research...not to mention the stunning views of Albuquerque!  In addition, we offer extensive Spanish-language, Graphic Novel and eBook collections.

Library FAQ:

Is the Library open during lunch?  Yes

Do I need my ID to check out books?  Yes!

How many books may I check out at one time?  3

How long may I keep my books?  3 weeks +1 renewal if necessary, no late fees on overdue materials. However, if a book is more than 1 week past due, it will be marked as lost and the student will be charged for the materials.  If returned without damage, there will be no charge.

If I lose/damage my book, do I need to pay for it?  Yes.  The charge is the price of the book.

We offer several top-quality Databases to support student learning.  They are available 24/7 via our school website:  (choose LIBRARY tab).

Remember, school computers are for academic purposes only.  Students must abide by AHA's Individual Internet & Technology Use Policies and APS Acceptable Use Policies.
